How do I shop at O’Sullivans

Visit http://www.osullivangraphics.com/ to  browse our products online, check reviews and place an order and have it delivered to your door.

ORDER  & COLLECT

Check the availability of your purchase and place the order and pay online and collect from our Camden street store at your convenience. 

The store is closed on Sundays

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

1) Find the item you want by searching through the department listing on the left hand side
you can also search by brand or enter the name of the product or a key word in the search at the top of the page

2) Once you have found the product you wish to purchase select the number of items and click add to basket. the items you have ordered will be visible on the right side of the page under 'shopping cart'.

3) You can click continue shopping if you want to purchase more items or you can proceed to check out by clicking on the flashing arrow next to the shopping cart

you will now see all the items in your shopping cart, the total cost of the order including and excluding vat. 

4) At this stage you will have an opportunity to change the quantity of your items
to change the quantity of each item simply enter the quantity in the box next to the item and click 'update basket'
you may also delete an item from your shopping cart by entering a zero against the item
you can go back to the store and buy other items by clicking on 'continue shopping'

5) If you are happy with your order you click on 'go to checkout'.

you can register your name on our website or you can check out as guest. If you register with osullivangraphics.com you will
able to view previous orders and have you details securly stored allowing you to shop much more quickly in the futre

6) If checking out as guest or registering with osullivangraphics.com  you must complete your contact details

at this point the delivery charge is calculated. 

7) All orders over €100 are delivered free of Charge and the minimum order is €10 incl VAT

8) Now enter your credit/ debit card details

9) Once completed click the button ' make payment'

10) Once the Debit/Credit card details have been verified and payment has been made we will email you to confirm that your order is being processed.
 

REGISTRATION

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER BEFORE I BUY?

No, you do not have to register to shop on www.osullivangrpahics.com.  You will be given the option when you you take your goods to the checkout but if you do not want to register than you may select the ‘checkout as guest’ option

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?

If you do decide to register you will save time when purchasing in the future as you won’t have to enter your personal details each time you visit our site, plus if you opt to, you’ll receive regular new information on O’Sullivan Graphics products and services, plus special offers and promotions.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Create an account by clicking on ‘Register’ at the right hand side of the site. You will be asked to complete your email address, set up a password and enter your name and contact address details. Click here to register

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY DETAILS?

To update your details simply go to ‘Log in’ at the right hand side of the site to change your personal details, update or add an address or view your order status.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

Click on ‘Register’ or ‘Log in’ at the top of the site and then click ‘Forgotten Password’. You will be asked to enter your email address and then click on ‘send me my password’. Your password will then be emailed to you.

Finding a Product 

Whether you’re browsing or looking for something specific, we’ve got a range of online tools to help you find the product(s) you want.

HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT?

You can browse our main shop from the left hand navigation bar which appears continuously throughout the site by clicking onto one of the department links eg. <Graphic Supplies > Continue clicking within the category until you find what you are looking for. For example, to find a Pritt Stick click on Graphic Supplies , Adhesives  then Pritt Stick.

Alternatively you can search using the box at the top of the site by entering either a keyword for example ‘Canvas’.  You can also shop by Brand Eg. Letraset,    Type Eg.College Supplies

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?

Products are deemed to be in stock unless the words ‘out of stock’ are displayed on the product detail page. If you find a product you want is out of stock you have the option of contacting us by calling our sales line (01) 4789460 or clicking on a button to email us to find out when the product is back in stock.  On occasion the stock level may be incorrect and the webstore may say an item is in stock when in fact it is not.  If you have provided us with your email address and/or mobile number we will notify you as quickly as possible and give you the option of a full refund or inform you as to when the product will be back in stock and your order completed. 

Products

We currently have over 1,900 products online with even more are available in our store and this number is growing continuously.

Pricing

We work hard to ensure we offer you the best prices possible. When you use our collect in store service you pay the price that is displayed on the website, even if it is cheaper than the in-store price

All prices are inclusive of  VAT with the exception of certain item such as books which are zero VAT-rated

Shipping & Deliveries

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 3 days after placing your order.

Shipping Rate & Times:

We use An Post Express Courier to process our shipping. This service requires a signature only at the delivery address and if no one is there to sign for the goods they are taken to the nearest An Post depot for collection

For all deliveries within The Republic Of Ireland our Shipping Rate is €6.00 for next day delivery

We charge €10 for oversized parcels. This will appear at the check out stage of your purchase. 

For all orders over €100 delivery is FREE

We do not deliver outside of The Republic Of Ireland

O'sullivans Delivery Details:

When you submit your order, you will receive an automated electronic response confirming receipt of your order. This will include your order number. We suggest you either print or take a note of this number, as you will require it for any future reference to your order.

Delivery Confirmation

After your order has been successfully processed,you will be sent an email confirmation that your order is being processed.

Delivery Time

All of our orders are sent by registered post and we can provide a tracking number on request.

Approximate delivery times: Ireland: 1-3 working days 

We will include your receipt with your goods.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of O'Sullivangraphics.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers)

Payment Method

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser and Amex. O'Sullivan Graphics' vouchers are not redeemable on this site
