 In order to complete a transaction on our website it is necessary to agree to out Terms & Conditions. Before completing a transaction you will be given the option to check a box to agree said Terms & Conditions

O’Sullivans Cancellation and Returns Policy:

At O’Sullivans we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return goods to us. To make the returns process as easy as possible, we have set out the following guidelines:

1. Returns Slip

Within each order we will include a returns slip for you to fill out should you require to return any goods. Simply fill out the returns form stating whether you require an exchange or refund, package the goods and return the parcel accordingly.

2. Returns Conditions

The product must be in it's original condition and include all original packaging materials and labels. The returns slip must state the customer order number as proof of purchase. We cannot accept the return of used or damaged goods. Please wrap good for return carefully so as to avoid damage. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

3. Returns Period

Full refunds can be made up to 15 days from receipt of your order. Store credit will be issued from 15 days up to 28 days from receipt of order. There is no refund on clearance items.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled  within 24 hours of O'Sullivans receiving the order. If goods have already been dispatched than the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Cancellations will only be processed and monies refunded once the goods are returned and in perfect condition. It is advised that you call us as soon as possible on (01) 4789460 and let us know you will to cancel your order.

 The tems and condidtions of osullivangraphics.com do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Delivery

Delivery is usually 1 -3 days. We are closed Sundays and therefore goods will not be dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays. Courier Post from An Post requires a signature as proof of receipt of goods and can track & trace your order any time once the goods have letf our premises.  This service requires a signature only at the delivery address and if no one is there to sign for the goods they are taken to the nearest An Post depot where the goods can be collected
